EXPERIENCED - Pest Control & Fertilizer Technician

We are looking for applicators that have a minimum of 1 year of experience. This is a full time position. Our technicians are the face of our company. You're the ones out there each day representing us through your work, actions, service and attitude. Because of this, we value our technicians and want to reward your dedication through doing a great job for your customers. With that in mind, we offer the following:

1. A competitive wage for your hard work $18 - $22.00 based on experience
2. Health & Wellness Reimbursement - $50.00 per month (for preventive health, ie. gym, yoga, rock climbing gym, mma, etc.)
3. Health Insurance Premiums Reimbursement - Up to $150.00 per month

Our customers have high expectations and we want to do our best to meet those expectations. As a professional technician, you are the key to making that happen. As being a part of our team, here are some of the basics that we are looking for and need:

1. Have a valid drivers license good driving record
2. Understand mix ratios and application rates for pest and lawn
3. Understand pacing for lawn care applications
4. Understand overlap, wet edge for lawn care applications
5. Understand setup and re-baiting for rodent bait stations
6. Have Structural Pest Control, Ornamental Turf, Wood Destroying and Vertebrate Licenses before arriving for orientation/training
7. Be punctual and have a strong work ethic
8. Complete daily tasks without direct supervision
9. Minimum of 1 year experience in pest control and lawn care applications

As a professional Pest Control and Fertilizer Technician you will prepare your service vehicle daily by loading and unloading your service vehicle with products and supplies; performing pest control, small rodent control, termite/carpenter ant control, fertilizer, fungicide and herbicide services.
